  • Latest Salary Slip at least 3 months for ‘Basic Income’ / 6 months for Commission Base, OT, Allowance.

  • Latest 3 months bank statement for ‘Basic Income’ / 6 months bank statement for ‘Commission Base’, OT, Allowance

  • Latest EPF Statements

  • Latest EA Form

  • Latest Income Tax Statement (BE Form/ J Form)

  • Latest Income Tax ReceiptAppointment

  • Letter / Employee Letter

  • Extra Supporting Documents – Saving account, Fixed Deposit, Tenancy Agreements.

Purchaser (Self-Employed) – Sole Proprietor ( “Trading, Enterprise…” )

  • Photocopy Borrower IC (for both side – front & Rear)

  • SSM, Business Registration.

  • Latest 6 months bank statement for Company Current Account.

  • Latest Income Tax Statement (B Form/P Form)

  • Latest Income Tax Receipt

  • Extra Supporting Documents – Saving account, Fixed Deposit, Tenancy Agreements.

Purchaser (Self-Employed) – Private Limited ( “Sdn Bhd” )

  • Photocopy Director IC (for both side – front & Rear)

  • SSM, Business Registration.Company Memorandum and Articles Association (M&A)Form 24, 44, 49

  • Latest 2 years Financier Reports / Audit Reports

  • Latest 6 months bank statement for Company Current Account.

  • Latest Income Tax Statement (B Form/P Form)

  • Latest Income Tax ReceiptExtra Supporting Documents – Saving account, Fixed Deposit, Tenancy Agreements.
